"Since I purchased the bike little problems had arose. Mileage started at 41 MPG and last week had dropped to 35 MPG in a one month time span. The headlight started to dim a few times from the date of purchase to a constant dimming that was causing me concern.
I called Big Moose and they said to bring it right in...So I did. Before any work was done the service manager brought the technician out to introduce him to me (sorry forgot your name) and we discussed what was troubling me and the bike.
With the information in hand the tech went right to work on the issue and found that the entire fuse panel was corroded. He brought me out to see the issue and explained how he was going to fix the issue.
Within 20 minutes the bike was on the road and all issues had been resolved.
I know that if a problem arises in the future that the service department has the skills and the personal wellbeing of the client in mind to get the job done.
Thank you Service Department for you great work and putting my concerns to rest.

"just came back from a late night ride. want to get get all the riding in i can before i put it up in the next month or so. Jerry did an outstanding job on helping me decide on my bike. no pressure and was very patient and knowledgeable about all the bikes on the showroom floor.. I was a tire kicker for years before i actually pulled the trigger. My only regret is that i didn't buy it sooner. i do not want to leave out the financing department either. i feel like i got the best rate on the bike and insurance, that was possible. i haven't used your service department as of yet but definitely will let you know when that time comes. thank you again! rob jacobs "

"Hello,
Just wanted to share a positive experience we had last week. It finally got nice enough to bring my bike in for service. While waiting, we took our walk through the sales floor. Everybody there was very nice (not pushy) and personable. We looked at the new Harley Models, leather jackets, etc. Your sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
While the bike was being serviced, we met the Service Manager. Very nice guy!!! He showed me the new models this year and even sold me a tail light kit which was a nice addition to my bike.
After that we made our way back to the service area. Those folks took care of us promptly and was also very personable. When the bike was ready, it was brought back to the front. I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed the bike was even given a wash. That was very important to me because I just took the bike out of storage and didn't have a chance to get the dust off. This is a huge service feature!!!!!
In the past, I can't always say I received the same courteous experience. I don't want to say I had bad experiences in the past. They had just been "all business" and not very friendly. From my point of view, I see a lot of changes at Big Moose and its all for the better.

"On May 18th, 2011 I purchased my first Harley Davidson from Big Moose Harley Davidson. I've purchased other new motorcycles in the past, but nothing compares to my experience at Big Moose. The staff was excellent! Steve Dekubber went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that I was taken care of. I got the grand tour of the place, and was introduced to Steve Reynolds, the owner. This sort of customer service weighs big in my book and made me feel like I wasn't just a number. Nate went over everything about my new Harley with me, and Peter Curless, the GM, was quick to introduce himself and offer his services should I have any questions in the future. Big Moose even delivered my new Harley the same day I bought it, and it was almost 3 in the afternoon when they offered to do that! Again, I can't say enough good things. Thanks to everyone at Big Moose for making my buying experience a great one! "

"I wanted express our thanks for the assistance provided "above and beyond" by Big Moose Harley Davidson on October 28, 2010. After attending a conference in Portland, ME our early morning return flight to Idaho was cancelled. We wanted to visit your HD dealership for local HD clothing, and made it via a cab ride to breakfast at Denny's. To avoid another cab ride to get to Big Moose HD, we called Big Moose and Dustin eagerly offered to pick us up and drive us to the store. After purchasing our items, we asked for a cab to be called for transport to our hotel across the other side of town. Much to our suprise, Steve met us in the store and said he was our cab, willingly driving us back to the hotel. This was above and beyond our expectations for Big Moose HD to provide our transportation. Thanks Dustin and Steve for the excellent customer service.

"To the complete staff who helped me with my purchase, I came into your dealership on Sept 3rd 2010, I was in the Portland area because a close friend of mine was in the hospital in Portland and while waiting for visiting hours to start myself and some friends stopped in to check out your dealershgip and look at the bikes, I had been looking to upgrade my current motorcycle and you were the sixth dealership I had visited,Darren Chisholm approached me and asked if I had any questions he could answer,well I told him I wanted the 2011 street glide with the 103 ci motor, told him what I wanted for my trade and what I was willing to pay for the new bike, now since Big Moose was the sixth dealership I had visited within the past two weeks, and with no luck getting the deal I wanted, I really didn't put too much stock in what Darren was going to offer me, we negotiated for a few minutes and then Darren came back and told me we had a deal, I just can't express here how shocked I was with what I was hearing,after all, the previous five dealerships just about laughed me out the door, I even got the color I wanted, so needless to say, I was back the very next day, signed all the paperwork and it has taken me these past ten days to write this because I have been enjoying my new ride and I'm never home long enough to sit in front of the computer.
